What happened after graduation?
After grad went -went wild for awhile.  Then, I worked for Cleco Air Tools for 2-3 years as Machine operator.  Enlisted army reserves and trained to be a machinist.

In '62 I joined  Millwright Union #2232 and worked for 36 years.  I retired at 62 in 2002.  Somewhere along the way I became a real estate broker and co-owned a real estate office. Millwright work required long hours 6-7 days a week and some days were 12-16 hours long.  No time for selling houses. Closed the office.  Was able to take many summers off. Some work we did was too hot at time of year.  What a way to work.  I loved it.

I never thought I would…
set any boundaries.  Impossible for me to do that.  I was diagnosed with ADD when I was 55.  It answered why to a lot of things.  Energy was endless, creativeness abounded, start things and don't quite finish, don't organize well.  Ritalin for a month slowed me down and allowed me to focus. That wasn't me so I junked ritalin.  If your grandkids have ADD let them create.  They are lucky.

Rewarding events since 1958
My kids and my grand kids. I am so proud of them.
My lovely and bubbley wife.  She still smiles all the time.  Hasn't changed from day one.  I have mowed the grass maybe a dozen times in 20 years and never edged once.  She likes  to do it.  Even helps me work on things.  I don't know what an angel is, I just know she is one.  I am not the only one that thinks so.  Lucky me, we celebrated our 20 year anniversary April 23rd.

What I would do differently
Lots and lots. Wish I had seen things as I see them now.  I couldn't change so I don't dwell on it.

Special interests or hobbies

Oil painting pictures, restoring cars, cooking.  I repair air conditioning and anything and everything.  Always wanting to know what makes things work.  I like remodeling and country dancing to name a few.

Favorite vacation spot(s)

Bayfield. CO--Lake Vallecito
Ouray, Silverton, Royal Gorge, Great Sand Dunes--- Cal.--Sacramento.  Canada--Calgary, Banff - Hawaii

Additional thoughts and comments

Didn't get say hello to everyone at the reunion. I will next year.  I came from Wichita Falls TX. in my mid JR year and looked out at field of weeds.  I had no idea that I would buy a house in that field and raise my family there.  Greenridge North Subdivision
