What happened after graduation?
I married Jerry Phillips in 1961 and Tim was born the following year. We divorced in 1964. I married Bob Bredehoeft in 1965 and we were married 28 years. Bob died in 1994. I was widowed for 6 years. I lived in Pearland, Harrison, Arkansas, Plano, TX and back to Houston.
I married Charles Shook in June 2000. We eloped to New York along with my son, Tim, and daughter-in-law, Robin and one of Charles' sons, Kevin, along with the couple who introduced us. Charles is a retired Army Colonel, a semi-retired CPA and a part-time travel agent. We are soul-mates, both Gemini, love traveling, reading and being together. Our number one goal is to enjoy life. We live in west Houston and our patio home is always being remodeled. I consider myself to be the luckiest and happiest person.
Children and grandchildren
My only son, Tim Phillips, and Robin finally (after 9 years) provided us with a granddaughter, Emma who is now 4 and a joy to both of us. Charles, who has four sons, has two granddaughters, Courtney (10) and Kirsti (7) and one grandson, Hunter (5). Kirsti lives in Colorado and Hunter in Washington State. We see them as often as possible, which is not enough.
Tim and Robin live in Bellaire. Chad and Elaine Shook live in Katy; Charlie and Lisa in Colorado and Derek and Amy in Washington. As you can see, more trips for us!

Rewarding events since 1958
I retired from ExxonMobil in 2002 in the Human Resources Dept. I loved my job, all my friends and the people I worked for. I felt very lucky to work for such a good company with wonderful BENEFITS which allowed me to have a comfortable and fun retirement.
What I would do differently
Everything that happened was for a good reason and I have no regrets.
Special interests or hobbies
Traveling (we have been to Europe 4 times this year), a cruise to Alaska and a Disney Cruise (with Emma of course) and Myrtle Beach with Courtney and Kirsti. I love reading, gardening and visiting with friends; and involvement in church activities keeps me busy. I love to cook and try new foods, and it is starting to show!
We both love history (remember, I won the American History Award in school), and are on a mission to see all Presidents' homes which are still standing and have been to all but one
Presidential library, which is in Michigan. I also have a love affair with lighthouses and have seen about 150 so far, most on the East Coast. My next quest is the Great Lakes.

Additional thoughts and comments
I have not been to any reunion since the 25th and imagine none of us look the same. That should be interesting.
